name Sunrise Chemicals.
1976 Import of Dyestuff & Pigment
emulsions starts under the new name "Sandalbar Enterprises".
1979 Acquisition of exclusive import rights from
BASF AG and Bayer AG
1984 Incorporated as Sandalbar Enterprises (Pvt.)
Ltd.
1989 Manufacturing of Pigment Emulsion Colors
begins along with the manufacturing of Direct Dyes
1992 Establishment of technical collaboration
and acquisition of franchise for local production and sales of Acramin®
pigment color from M/S. Bayer AG Germany.
1994 Further technical collaboration and franchise
is established with Bayer AG for local production & sales of Acramine®
binder ALW-P
1995 Sandal Dyestuff Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. start
operations.
1996 Establishment of technical collaboration
and acquisition of franchise for local production and sales of Acramin®
Pigment Colors with M/S. Dystar Gmbh Germany
1996 Dyestuff export begins.
1998 Discontinuation of franchise with Dystar
GmbH for Acramin® pigment colors with mutual agreement ( due to
Dystar's own policy ). Launch of Sandalprin Pigment Emulsions.
2000 Copper Pthalocyanine & Pthalocyanine
Pigments production starts.
2001 Awarded Export performance trophy by Govt. of Pakistan.
2001 Start Production of Acid Dyes for Acid Dyes, Leather, Wool and Nylon .

Enhancement of Acrylic polymer production from 3000 mt/yr to 5000 mt/yr
2003 Awarded export performance trophy by Govt. of Pakistan.
2003 Enhancement of Pigment Emulsions production from 2000 mt. to 3000 mt./year.
2003 Sales for the fiscal year surpassed 0.7 billion Rs.
2004 Starts Direct Dyes for Cotton.
2004 Starts trial production of Zinc Sulphate hepta hydrate.
2005 CPC Production enhancement by 100%.
2005 Start of Acrylic Emulsions.
2006 Installment of New high tech Dyestuff Plant 2.
2006 R&D Lab in Agre Culture University , Fasisalabad.
2007 First step in Manufacturing the Fertilizers.
